The production area now covers 1,000 square meters. gravion is specialized in direct laser cutting and is the market leader in direct laser cutting in steel. With the 4 machine that will be added in 2024 and the two machines for USA, we are the largest manufacturer in the field of direct lasering in steel globally.
In the meantime we are able to offer all structures up to a total length of 4m and an embossing width of 3,4m as well as a diameter of 510mm to the customer up to a depth of 4mm.
In terms of measurement technology, Rheinfelden is also a leader in the industry.

The manufacturing area we have in the USA from QI 2024 also comprises 1,000 square meters. gravion will be a copy of the German plant in the USA.
Copy means the same machines, i.e. we can reproduce the same standards in both plants for international customers.
